So what can I say one of the best holidays we have had for the price paid. If you like a relaxing time with friendly staff, good quality food and drink then look no further. The thing about this resort is that if you take the time to look at what is on offer and READ the all inclusive summary for premium and diamond service then you will pay the extra for diamond all inclusive, yes it is more but you get so much more, also if when you arrive you are unhappy with the premium all inclusive then go and upgrade, don't waste your holiday and moan at the end, go and see Christos and pay the extra. You get what you pay for!!!!!! So rooms cleaned every day, new towels everyday, cleaners are brilliant and the whole resort is always being cleaned non stop and the cleaners always say hello.
Service you get what you give, if you are nice, friendly and say thank you then you will receive a similar service, if you are rude and arrogant and do not give the staff a chance to make things right then don't expect them to look after them. You get back what you put in. Christos is in charge of public relations and will go out of his way to make your holiday the best it can be, talk to him and he will do his best, he is an absolute legend. Costas in the Veranda bar is quite simply he best, even though he is there on his own often with 4 or 5 people waiting at busy times he serves quickly and makes you laugh, If you are nice so is he, if you aren't then you get what you deserve. An awesome bar manager who takes pride in his bar and his job. Great job thank you Costas.Manolis in the Laguna restaurant is a star and again If you are nice to him then he will look after you he made our holiday and is known as THE BOSS and is the best. Sokol in the main restaurant is a complete star looks after you and nothing is too much trouble for him another hard working and very friendlly guy. The long and the short of it is this, these guys and ladies work 12 to 14 hour days to make your holiday a pleasure and if you appreciate them they will go out of their way to make it even better, if you have a problem tell them and they will try and make it work, if you don't then it is your hard luck they didn't get the chance. Pay the extra go diamond, you can always upgrade once you get there and it is worth every pennny.
